Timings are approximate. You will be fed and we will aim to formally finish by 4pm at the latest.
The aims of the day:
To share experience of keeping Southdowns and sheep keeping
To introduce/remind Southdown breeders of the breed characteristics
To ensure new breeders have a sound understanding of Southdown strengths and weaknesses
To support breeders in enjoying and caring for their Southdowns
To demonstrate what is required to prepare sheep for the show ring
To explain the etiquette and standards needed to be successful at shows and sales
