Membership of the Southdown Sheep Society may be applied for by filling in and printing out a membership form and sending it, with the subscription of £32, to the Secretary, Southdown Sheep Society, Meens Farm, Capps Lane, All Saints, Halesworth, Suffolk IP19 0PD. The Inland Revenue under Reference X39226/AP has confirmed that the Southdown Sheep Society can reclaim the tax which members pay on their subscription and any donation they make to the Society. This is called Gift Aid and all members have to do is to confirm that they are tax payers. We cannot claim it back on registration fees, etc.

If you are happy that the Society claim this back from the Inland Revenue, please complete and sign the pro forma which can be found by clicking here. You do not have to declare this on your tax return. If you are wanting to apply for membership, this is included on the membership application form and does not need to be sent separately.
