I confirm that I am a tax payer and I wish that my subscription to the
Southdown Sheep Society and any donation I give be treated as GIFT
AID from the 1st January, 2001. I confirm that I pay Income or Capital
Gains Tax equal to the amount you can reclaim (at the moment 28p in
every £). I note that if my circumstances change or I no longer pay tax
equal to this amount, I can cancel this declaration by notifying the Society.
